Pendulum Applications

Repair of a Pendulum Clock

Pendulum Clock

An antique long case clock from Burgundy constantly stopped. For months one had tried to find the correct foundation. Flat wood sections were put under the four corners of the housing in such a way that the clockwork could run without friction. Without success.

A pendulum was asked and the answer was that the front left corner ought to be lifted by 3/10 mm and the front right corner be lowered by 6/10 mm. The two corners at the back should remain as they were.

This instruction was followed precisely. Thenceforward, the clock ran smoothly.

Recognize Illness

Recognize Illness

A five-year-old boy suffered from very severe belly pain. Many physicians examined the child but could not find the reason for this. By telephone the father contacted a pendulum dowser.

The man knew the father very well, however, did not know the child. He asked the father to concentrate on the boy. Then he asked the pendulum for the cause of the belly pain. The pendulum indicated that the small intestine was inflamed.

The following medical investigations confirmed the pendulum result. After appropriate treatment the child was in good health again.

Recognize Inclinations

Pupil

A student was not sure which subject to choose as intensive course. She tended to biology. Physics and German were also considered.

A pendulum diagram with all existing subjects was constructed. Then the pendulum was asked according to the following criteria:

  • Joy in the subject
  • Value for life
  • Prospect of good marks

The answer was: geography. For the student nothing spoke for this subject. She had little interest in the topic. She did not appreciate the teacher. Nevertheless, after long indecision she decided for it.

Shortly after that she got a new instructor for geography. The lessons became so interesting that the student was fascinated by the subject. In the end she got her best mark in geography.
