Ayurveda: Sattvas
Sattvas is a condition of light, consciousness, joy and clarity. Sattvas is expressed in awake senses, physical health and the ability to take up knowledge.
A Sattvas person doesn´t tend to lie, but is honest. Compassion and a selfless disposition play a great role for these people. This, however, also indicates a weakness: Too much pride and too little humility.
Hard, unselfish work does not frighten Sattvas people: Their character is noble and spiritual.
Seven Subtypes
