pendulum diagrammes
With the yes-no-answer-system the possibilities for an answer are very limited. By means of a pendulum diagramme you can extend the answer possibilities considerably. On such a board the different answer variations are arranged in sectors on a circle or a semicircle.
Types of pendulum diagrammes
The pendulum diagrammes which have prevailed in the course of time are circular or semicircular. The circular ones offer more possibilities to answer, but the disadvantage is that it is more difficult to read the result. The pendulum swings from the centre of the circle and therefore always passes 2 sectors. For beginners it is often difficult to make a distinction which one indicates the answer. A tip: the pull to the answer sector is stronger than to the opposite.
Dowsing with pendulum diagrammes
II recommend to check the dowsing ability of the pendulum before every question. How to do this I described under "pendulum tips".
Before asking the question the pendulum is held over the centre of the diagramme. Now ask the question. The pendulum will swing in the direction of one of the sectors. To save the starting energy, you can swing the pendulum manually first. The pendulum will find the right sector.
The manufacture of your own diagrammes
![]() |
To construct a pendulum diagramme you need a pencil, paper, ruler, protractor and circle. I recommend not to use more than 20 sectors for a semicircular diagramme and no more than 40 for a circular diagramme. The more narrow the single sectors, the more difficult it is to read the right result.
In case of a circular diagramme it is advisable to use an uneven number of sectors to get a clearer result. E.g. if you have 32 possibilities to answer, you can add an empty sector.
