Cure Sleep Disturbances

Since he had moved into a new house a businessman could not sleep well any more at night. It became worse from night to night. He asked an acquainted pendulum dowser for advice.

The man sent a sketch of his house to the dowser. The global grid network was drawn into the sketch. Then it was examined with the pendulum.

The pendulum indicated that two magnetic tension lines crossed directly below the bed. Below the head he also determined a slight aquiferous shifting.

The bed was shifted. From night to night the man slept better. After some weeks he slept completely normally again.

After some time the bedroom was examined again by a rod dowser. He confirmed the pendulum result.

Determine the Depth and Productivity of a Well

A pendulum dowser participated in a course for rod dowsers. He got the task to examine a well. He was to determine the watercourse leading to him and its productivity as precisely as possible.

The pendulum dowser was unable to cope with the rod. How should he determine this by means of the deflections of the rod?

Fortunately, he had his pendulum with him. He quickly drew a provisional 100% scale on a piece of paper.

The pendulum indicated that there were two watercourses to the well. One at a depth of 40 meters and bearing 30 litres water per sec. The other one at a depth of 30 meters and bearing 25 litres per sec.

This was the exact result. The dowser received the highest possible points for it.

Find Medical Plants

One day Dr. Anton Stangl needed a certain medical plant. He asked locals wether this plant would grow in the area. The people were sure that this plant would not grow there.

The pendulum he asked by means of a map (scale 1:25 000) gave another answer. It indicated a clearing in the northeast, which could be reached by foot within approximately 30 min.

Right there he found some specimens of the searched medical plant.
