Sensitivity means the degree of radioactive sensitivity of a person. A few persons have a strong sensitivity, with most people it is very weak. However, there is no reason to worry if this is the case. There are many possibilities to train this ability - of course, especially by dowsing. In addition, you can develop your sensitivity by other exercises. Here are some exercises to increase sensitivity:

Breathing white light

This exercise can be done while lying, sitting or walking. If you sit down or lie you can close your eyes.

When inhaling imagine white, beaming light. How it fills your lungs, the belly and, in the end, your whole body. You inhale the white radiating light and breathe out dirty air. The beaming light permeates you more and more. Every single cell and pore is filled with beaming white light. Enjoy this kind of breathing as long you like.

Afterwards you normally feel refreshed, energized and clean. If you do this exercise more often, your sensitivity increases.

Perceive your environment

In our civilisation the visual sense is so dominant that the other senses are often neglected. You can perceive a room not only visually, but also with all other senses. Every training of your senses increases the sensitivity.

Sit down comfortably for this exercise and close your eyes. Now "feel" the room in which you are. How does it feel? What do you smell, hear, taste? What else can you perceive? Do you feel well in the room?

To have a good comparison, you can do this exercise once in a city and once in the nature.
